Crisis Prevention Solutions provides onsite de-escalation training for K-12 schools (public, private, charter), healthcare organizations, and human services agencies across New England.

Our mission is simple: provide staff with the skills they need to calmly, confidently, and respectfully handle challenging incidents.

Staff who handle incidents better can mean fewer injuries, situations that resolve sooner, and less reliance on outside support.

Since 2002, we've delivered over 750 training sessions. The approach has evolved with what staff face today, but the goal hasn't changed: practical skills people can use when situations get difficult.

For schools that want deeper support, we also offer K-12 Behavior Management training as a specialty track.
